Through our Stellar Achievers Program any Team Member, whether in the field or support center, has the power to show their appreciation to an individual or group who’s performed in a truly “stellar’ way. This program celebrates our Team Members’ excellence and individual contributions toward success utilizing positive reinforcement.
Recognition awards may be given via a formal monetary prize, or with cool branded tiered products. Please refer to our Stellar Achievers guidelines, in Appendix A, for additional ways to recognize your colleagues and teams.
AWARDS SHOULD BE…
· Timely! -- immediate whenever possible to reinforce a job well done.
· Specific and Sincere -- specific to the person’s effort/work and reflecting genuine appreciation.
· Personal -- Meaningful to the recipient.

• DRIVE Team Member engagement with timely and appropriate recognition at all levels.
• EMPOWER and EDUCATE Managers on the value of celebrating Team Member achievements.
